Do I have to commit to a long contract?
No. There’s no guaranteed-rent obligation and no long lock-in. We earn through revenue share, so we’re motivated to perform from day one.
Which platforms will my property appear on?
All the major ones — Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda and more — plus regional channels. We don’t rely on a single source of bookings.
How and when do I get paid?
You receive a transparent monthly statement showing every booking and expense, followed by your net payout.
Who handles cleaning and maintenance?
We do — with our own teams. The same company managing your listing cleans it, launders the linen, and handles repairs.
